The Nike Hoop Summit is an international basketballall-star game sponsored by Nike, held once a year, which features the USA Basketball Men's Junior Select Team against a World Select Team of international players. The players demonstrate their skills and hope to attract attention from either NBA scouts or colleges. A number of current NBA players have participated in this event in the past.

In the 2010 edition of the event, Enes Kanter scored 34 points and surpassed the event's record of 33 points set by Dirk Nowitzki in 1998. In 2012, Shabazz Muhammad scored 35 points to break Kanter's scoring record.Bismack Biyombo recorded the first triple-double in Hoop Summit history in 2011 with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 blocks.

14 players, all members of the World Team have been selected to play in two Hoop Summits: Jovo Stanojević (1995 & 1996), Alexandre Bachminov (1996 & 1997), Matthew Nielsen (1997 & 1998), Antonis Fotsis, (1998 & 1999), Boštjan Nachbar (1999 & 2000), Olumide Oyedeji (1999 & 2000), Alexis Ajinça (2007 & 2008), Dario Šarić (2011 & 2012), Andrew Wiggins (2012 & 2013), Karl-Anthony Towns (2013 & 2014), Jamal Murray (2014 & 2015), Thon Maker (2015 & 2016), RJ Barrett (2017 & 2018), and Kofi Cockburn (2018 & 2019).

Although it previously rotated American cities, the event has been hosted in Portland, Oregon since 2008. There was no Hoop Summit in 2020 or 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, although rosters were named for the US both years. The Hoop Summit was also not played from 2001–2003.

In 2023, a women's game was introduced. The USA beat the World team in the inaugural game, 100–79.

  • The NBA Redrafted

By Russell Samora | Feb. 2022

Five years ago we redrafted the NBA with data. We figured it was time to update with more recent drafts, and ask some new questions.

So let’s begin. Hmm...I’m guessing you are a fan of the New York Knicks? No shame in admitting it.

Hindsight is 20/20, but it probably stings a bit to see what could have been for the

    New York’s and the available.

Where do these better players come from? The short version: each player gets a rating of 0–100 from a blend of four advanced stats based on their top five seasons. The upgrade pick is a player that was drafted lower but has a higher rating. Squads are made up of the biggest rating upgrades. See the method section for details.

Drafting is hard. Here is how often each team selects the best player available in the first round.

Select a team below to see their player report card. A player’s grade is based on the size of the gap between their rating and the best player available.

List of foreign football players in Serbia

This is a list of foreign players that play or have played in the top league in football clubs from the territory of Serbia.

In this list are included the foreign players that:

      • Play or have played in the Serbian SuperLiga (from 2006 until nowadays), and in the clubs from the territory of Serbia in the First League of Serbia and Montenegro (including FR Yugoslavia, from 1992 until 2006) and in the Yugoslav First League (from 1923 until 1992).
      • Have been part of the club roster in the league.
      • Have not been capped for the Serbia national team or the Yugoslavia national team, except the ones that have been capped for other national teams, as well.
      • Have been born in Serbia and capped by a foreign national team. This includes players that have dual citizenship.
      • In this list are only indicated the top-level clubs. If a player has also played in some lower-level club in Serbia, those clubs are excluded, just as all the foreign players that have only played in lower leagues in Serbia.

      Notes:

      • The players that played in clubs from Kosovo are only included if they played in a top league club within the Yugoslav or Serbian football league system.
      • The players from the countries that once made part of Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Slovenia) have inclusion criteria indicated in each section.
      • The years correspond to seasons, not calendar years, and represent the seasons that the player represented the club, not necessarily being all in the top league, but at least one. If only one year is indicated in parentheses, it means that the player has played only that half of season.
      • Players in bold are players that have at least one cap for their national team.
      • Teams in bold are the current team of that player.
