What is leadership? leadership is what motivates a group of people to act towards the same
goal. In business situations, this means directing employees and co-workers with strategies
to cause to success the company.
This definition of leadership inspires others and is willing to do so. Effective leadership is
based on ideas that are original or borrowed, but will not happen unless the ideas can be
communicated to others in a sufficient way to act as the leader they want to act.
